Volunteer

We are always looking for volunteers to help our Out in Schools program grow.

Out in Schools facilitators help deliver our program to meet the growing demand for screenings. This is a volunteer position and facilitator training is provided. Candidates must have experience working with youth and with group facilitation. Some film background is an asset, but not necessarry.

Do you live and work in the Interior, Kootenays, Fraser Valley or on Vancouver Island and are interested in facilitating our program in your area?  Out in Schools is looking to expand and work with regional facilitators. For more infomation please contact Ross: ross@outonscreen.com

Out in Schools is also seeking volunteers with some events experience to assist at special Out in Schools events throughout the school year. Events range from dances, art and community co-presentations, special film screenings... Duties range from event coordination to bar and ticket sales depending on your experience.

Out in Schools is always seeking enthusistic volunteers to help sustain the program through our fundraising initiatives, including third party fundraising campaigns.
